• Beginner - Beginner friendly walks, normally on lower level terrain. Should be achievable for all.

• Moderate - General walking fitness required, these walks should be achievable by most.

• Challenging - A challenging day in the hills. These walks will be challenging and require a certain level of hill fitness.

• Extreme - Not for the faint hearted. These days are a real challenge and will definitely require the participant's to have a decent level of hill fitness.
